Therapy Rates & Payments

Initial diagnostic evaluation $300 per 55 minute session

Individual therapy $250 per 50 minute session

I accept all major credit cards. Payment due at time of service.

Cancellation policy: If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, you must notify me to cancel/reschedule the appointment prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged $100 for the session. If you cancel less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no-show, you will be charged $250.

Neuropsychological Assessment Rates & Payments

The total fee for a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation is $3,950

I understand this is a meaningful financial commitment. This fee reflects the time-intensive nature of the evaluation, including multiple clinical hours, test administration, scoring and interpretation, and a comprehensive written report tailored specifically to you.

Payment Options

To make this more manageable, several payment options are available:

Option 1: Pay in Full

📆 $3,950 due at the intake session

Option 2: Two-Payment Plan

📆 $1,975 at the intake session

📆 $1,975 due at the testing session

Option 3: Three-Payment Plan

📆 $1,317 at the intake session

📆 $1,317 at the testing session

📆 $1,316 at the feedback session

Many clients are also able use HSA/FSA funds toward the total investment.
